Understanding how to simplify the project. It was a bit overwhelming in the beginning and at the end it all made sense.

I liked the walk-through of the project in class and the use of the excel spreadsheets to work on it like you could in real life. It seemed practical and geared towards using in real life. Really enjoyed the Statistics session. The engagement and clear communication really helped me understand something that was seemingly foreign to me.

This course helped me identify my role in my current position, and prioritize my projects to reduce how overwhelming they can be. Thank you for everything!

explained / introduced a practical way to look at projects from a cause and effect perspective. this allows you to focus on the most glaring issues and begin to correct issues or put processes in place to streamline issues.

The hands on practice and applying the lessons learned. I really enjoy the course and provided me a lot of valuable information and tools that I can use and apply at work. I like Frank's sense of humor and being consistent through out the course. In general, the whole 1 week is very interesting and it gave me the immediate eagerness to apply in my workplace. But of course, I have to wait until I complete the next half of the course.

The instructor was very knowledgeable and explained the materials in a clear way, along with encouraging class interaction.

I liked that we got to really dig into the DMAIC approach. I have learned most of these tools in the past, but having a step by step methodology put it all together. going through real world examples helped a lot too. the first day was not very useful, since we did a review the following day of most of it, but after that the rest of the material was great.

There is a lot of relevant information and support material.
