The instructor was great to work with, though he is an Eagle fan. Kept us engage. Give us great example on how six sigma can be implemented in our workplace. Will definitely refer this instructor and program to other colleagues.

Training material, tempo of training just ok, trainer can explain good and give clear examples

The instructor knew the material very well and explained it in a understandable and friendly way.

I liked that the instructor used common language to describe the material and was able to relate it to the students' companies.

-I would say that i like the materials that have been presented to us as they are really useful and it looks like they have been chosen to be fitted for our operations requirement . - The instructor way was very professional enough to connect between what most of the participants thought unclear at the beginning to be perfectly explained at the last 2 days to show why he was keep postponing to clarify some terms which i think it is an evidence of the great professionalism of the instructor and his organization .

The topic of the course is very useful; but we need more practical real examples

The depth of knowledge of the instructor and his teaching capability. It was easy to learn new concepts

The trainer was very helpful & professional . - The topics were/are exactly what we would need to learn , all the information were very useful. - I like the idea of making a 2 weeks off between the week 1 and the week 2 courses , as this will enable us applying part/all what we have learned during the 1st weeks then get back with more questions and be ready/prepared for the 2nd week. - Although the course focuses on 6 sigma mostly and more than LEAN but i really like the way of having them both in our course as we are in need for both philosophies in our work environment and for future career path. - The group of participants was more than fantastic ! we have been discussing and teach each other , personally i have learned a lot from each on of them , that was only about the course but there is a very good point which is sharing cultures between each other. - As i have mentioned above , for me LEAN 6 SIGMA works like a bond that connect many cultures from different countries with each other in amazing environment. Personally . although i have a very good job with a respective company but i would be glad to work for such great company/institution , i would help you to be conducting training in Iraq - Baghdad or do the marketing , this would be the 1st step with you until i become black belt then master black belt certified.
