Ed was insightful and clearly brought a lot of practical experience to the theoretical concepts. His presentation style flowed well, especially with the integration of stories and history to contextualize many of the context. He did an excellent job of connecting theory to application and calling upon concepts we had already learned in the course as we continued to build on the concepts.

Honestly you could not have a better teacher. He does so good and keeping everyone engaged and the material relevant to their work. With the challenges of doing it online I was nervous but after the first hour I knew it was going to be a good class.

The instructor - I have attended company sponsored GB training onsite before and the instructor was more knowledgeable and engaging than the people running the GB class. He asked us questions and gave examples to help us relate to the material.
