The Instructor. He has proven over time that he is dedicated to the subject and success of each student - even after training sessions are over. This is something not easily found these days.

- The topics are very important and all of us were very happy to learn such stuff. - The venue is very good and everything was provided politely . - Our trainer "Shylesh" was and still very professional guy and he never pass to the next topic until he makes sure all of us understanding it well and he has been caring all the time of seeing us apply it practically . - Very committed person and he was always shown up the first one in the room or even earlier than that to make sure everything is ready for that.

I think the most valuable part of the course is the hands on exercise. The catapult exercise gives you the opportunity to apply the concepts learned in class and get familiar with Minitab.
