I like Ed's style of teaching. He takes the material and gives tips on how this applies to our jobs. He seems to put a lot of time and effort into preparing for the class and the materials he is going to focus on.

Ed did a great Job informing us of what we needed to be successful. He handled technical difficulties specific to the platform with grace.

Even though this class was in Webinar form, I felt that I was in a personal classroom with Ed and able to ask any questions without hesitation. I also find the material very interesting and practical.

I really enjoyed the split between lean objectives and furthering my understanding of how to utilize Mini-tab for more in depth analysis. I was nervous going into a webinar training method for a such highly detailed information to be covered such as Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, but Marc was able to create an environment where I was not just learning, but engaged in learning. Marc is an amazing instructor and makes it obvious that he is passionate about the improvement process. I will be recommending these courses to any individual who wants to gain a deeper understanding of how to improve a process. So much so, that I would like to require any future teams that I lead to train through Six Sigma.

Marc did an excellent and quite difficult job of not only explaining the material in great detail but also managing everyone on the call asking relevant questions to the attendees to keep them engaged and encouraging all to ask questions. He did an amazing job and my expectations of a virtual course were exceeded mainly due to his effort and expertise.

Marc always encourages participation and keeps everyone engaged. Marc ran my Green Belt training and he did a great job with that, too. He is extremely knowledgeable in all areas of Six Sigma and his background allows him to relate to a broad assortment of trainees and their industries. That's what helps to keep trainees engaged, too. This group was very engaged and we had a lot of great discussion. While I would have preferred to go to Austin for offsite training (face-to-face is always better), Marc made the challenges of our world at the moment seem not so insurmountable. Great job!
