I liked the flexibility provided in the content. We mixed Lean and Six Sigma for a tailored Cinemark presentation and it worked well.

The activity used for the week was highly valuable to learning how to use the tools. The group size was too big, but this helped to illustrate why team sizes need to be no more than 6/7.
