The objectives and purpose of each section were clear and presented with enthusiasm and expertise. I enjoyed learning the material and was drawn in by the instructor (Marshall). Loved the real time examples that made the course relevant to my job function. The course expanded my ability to improve my mindset in problem solving.

Enlarge group discussion on case study will be helpful to think and practice the method and philosophy.
