I loved the interaction and open format for questions. I know it is tough to manage people when they are learning a new process and I appreciated the support and patience.

I am more informed on the topic. It helped me understand the process of creating strategies to tackle "pain points" and how to, overall, improve the efficiency and performance of a business or a work process.
