Very insightful. Instructor was great at helping me determine how I could apply the techniques with my current position. Loved minitab also, will definitely be presenting the system to my company. Overall everything I learned was useful.

The part I thought was most valuable to me was that we discussed how the variables gathered for metrics are not necessarily useful, because often there are lurking variables that are not focused on. Also, that representing them graphically is more influential to management.
