I liked the LEAN concepts. The technology worked well and I was able to ask questions and get a timely response. That has not been the case in other webinars.

I think had the same information been presented by anyone other than a Six Sigma instructor with Mark's experience and skill it would not be nearly as good. The quality of the instruction and the ability of Mark to make it relatable to everyone's field (of which there was a variety) was extraordinary.
