Jaclyn was so professional and made the process easy to understand with plenty of knowledge, examples, and feedback. I really appreciate how she taught the course and how well she handled the class. She was never short on coaching and often encouraged us all to dig deeper and examine different situations. I highly recommend her and the program.

The instructor. He was able to explain the material in a way that was very easy to understand, even the statistics portion. He incorporated some 'fun' stuff to keep us alert and engaged. He was very knowledgeable on a lot of subjects and was able to give examples on all of the different industries within the group, which provided for a well rounded understanding of the material.

Marc was very enthusiastic and engaging, it helped to keep our energy up throughout the day. It was great how he continuously applied the concepts we were discussing to each of our businesses with examples.

Real world application of the tools discussed was invaluable. It allowed me to make more sense of the tools and their specific functions. The instructor did a great job of dissecting examples.

The group project work. I think it really helps to put the material you learn into practice immediately with help from the instructor to work through the kinks.
