I liked hearing the different stories and examples from other industries. Peter took the time to understand our business so when asking a question he was able to answer it accurately.

The way the material was presented.

Peter was able to spin the relevance to our industry well. Much of the previous material I have read through purely focused on manufacturing which seemed irrelevant. This presentation had a good mix and helped me to understand how it will apply to us.

The presenter did a good job of effectively communicating the basics of six sigma in a compacted timeline. I personally want to earn my green belt. Great Job Peter! You have earned yourself extra brisket next time.
