Marshall did an awesome job making the content interesting and using real life examples/stories. Everything transitioned very smoothly and we walked away knowing how we can look at processes in our group and start thinking about finding ways to improve.

It was a very intense two days with a lot of material to cover and would have liked more instruction time to cover everything but I was finally able to put the whole picture together for the first time and see the value in each step. Also, great environment and getting to work with other departments.

It made me think about solving problems in a different way. The course also helped me learn to identify what parts of the problem that require the most attention so that time isn?t wasted on issues that are less of a priority.
