Failure Mode Effects Analysis

We are able to use the Six Sigma Method right away on our real life (work and home). Able to put step by step process and have a clear understanding on the goal that we want to get. Really good stimulating training.

I thought the group work was one of the most valuable parts. It forced us to all work together, converse and negotiate, to create a final outcome. Though I don't see me using something so involved in my smaller departmental projects, I do see this as being valuable for the larger CRM project. I've also been having trouble with one position under me - the contracting coordinator. This position was created, and assumed the workload from 3 people. I've said it is a 2 person job, and I've had difficulty 1) proving the workload, and 2) getting buyin from the chief to create a new position to help. He's a numbers guy, but doesn't read my stats. So, I think that some of the charts may be beneficial in at least laying out the issue visually.
