If I could name one thing, I liked the most about this course, I would say it was the openness of the discussions. I never felt dumb for asking or stating anything. It was received well where it made a very comfortable dialogue.
I enjoyed the group breakout sessions where we were able to apply what we had learn to a current DDMO process.
I enjoyed working on the project with team members from other departments. Even though it was a challenge at first, it actually was a good experience and we were able to get well-rounded input.
That it was hands on. I learn a lot better that way. The speaker was very engaging and kept my attention. I was dreading having 2 1/2 days of training but it flew by. Thank you!! :)
The participation used real examples from our work. Went very fast pace, no lagging of time.
Common sense approach and instructor took the opportunity to correlate examples pertaining to our industry.
The opportunity to practice the concepts with instructor oversight
Jaclyn presented the materials in a very clear way. She was very knowledgeable and extremely helpful when there were questions.
Instructor was very personable, was able to keep all material interesting and answer all questions that came up. Also very helpful at getting us back on track when we got blocked when working on a project. Great information!
The pace allowed for interaction and questions.
I like the group work parts of the course. It helped me get more information from other aspects of the company/business and developer's a better understanding.
I liked that the training was a company wide initiative. Being relatively new to this organization, this afforded me the opportunity to learn a little bit about the happenings in other departments - knowledge that would otherwise only come with a great deal of time, and perhaps not at all. I liked the hands on activities, as that's one of the best ways to retain knowledge and skills. This helped to nudge me toward how I'd perform this sort of analysis on the work/projects in which I'm involved. I liked the openness of discussion in the trainings, and was relieved (in a loose sense of the word) to hear that most other employees in the company share in many of the struggles that I experience. Thanks, Jaclyn
The instructor had an answer for every question, which was impressive.
I enjoyed the hands on use of the materials, tools and learning's on actual situations we have at DDMO.
I enjoyed the active participation in the exercises and the instructor's facilitation of discussion among the trainees
