I think the course was too slow during the first day, but was way too fast during the second day, particularly towards the end of the second day.

the interaction; this gave a better understanding of the material and demonstrated that this methodology can be used to tackle issues in many different areas of the workplace and spans across all different types of careers. additionally it allowed us a chance to think outside the box and apply the methodology to our current issues
