It's a fantastic course that brings a practical, count-your-steps, methodology to the application of applied management and process improvement using concepts and tools that already exist. The way that Frank exceeded my expectations in the below two areas: 1. He distinguished Six Sigma from Lean, and made it clear when to use which discipline and what for. 2.
