Good basic overview for a lot of first timers in the crowd

Marshal did a fantastic job at tailoring the course material to our needs. In addition, since we gave Marshal a tour before his training, he was able to speak to our processes in a way which help the audience relate to the material more. Marshal is enthusiastic about LSS and he is very personable. We have already brought Marshal to our site for two sessions we are considering bringing him back to do another round of training!
