What I liked most about this course is that overall it was very clear and concise information that I really gained a lot from. I think David (my instructor) knew the material very well and was able to really teach the material. In addition, when any of my peers or I had a question David always was very patient and was able to explain more in depth as to what we needed help on or clarification. Overall I really liked the course because of the clear concepts and explanation, the class environment even though was virtual was still very positive, and I found that I have gained so much from the course and am open to continuing my journey in the Six Sigma program.

The course was very clear in regards to what is covered for each belt level and the knowledge stacks on top of each other. The instructor had interesting examples that kept me entertained as well as help me recall the information learned.

The use of online training although not ideal was done so that allowed smaller break out groups with the instructor stepping in from time to time. This allowed the individuals to collaborate and get to know thier peers.

I liked the constant interaction and the educational videos which were used to apply concepts to everyday life. David did a great job of conveying concepts clearly to the class.

The instructor was very knowledgeable. Liked the fact that he used real life example of his past. I also appreciated the videos he used and the fact that he enjoyed presenting those scenarios.

David was very professional and encouraged participation.
