Slides were easy to read, well organized and made the material easy to understand. The material is written in a way that I can relate it to my work environment even though it's very different than the other class attendees' work environments. Easy class format with plenty of breaks. The instructor was knowledgeable, encouraged input/dialogue with the class and helped us identify areas in our departments that could be candidates for SS review. I like that he talked us through scenarios that helped not only with understanding but brought his own experiences to the table. The class was "comfortable" so everyone felt easy about participating.
