Instructor was outstanding. One of the best training courses that I have had in a VERY long time.

Detailed practical Examples and links to how we can use the Six Sigma in HUD.

Plain English descriptions of the process improvement slides for DAMIC!! Also, how email and data also cost time and money! This opens up many more opportunities for fixing the waste in business processes.

I liked the structure of the course and how the instructor provided an in-depth walk-through of each section of the process.

David is a very interactive instructor, going to great lengths to keep you engaged, smiling and kind. His instruction was well received and participation was very thorough.

David Leiva was the most attentive instructor (in person & virtual) I've had in a training course of 15+ people. It is remarkable how he was able to split himself between all of us, navigate zoom, the chat function, the slides, and also our small groups without missing a beat. He was not only great at switching between windows/tasks, he had a great personality. He gave great feedback for each one of us, and was prompt in answering questions. I would be remiss to not say that his people and instructor skills made this training palatable! If I am to request this to be ran again for my organization I will most definitely request that David instructs!

David was a great instructor and he really encouraged the team to participate and made everyone feel comfortable. The group was also very fun and engaged the entire time which helped keep me motivated to also be engaged.
