The instructor. He took complicated and sometimes boring material otherwise and made it interesting. He was able to apply the course objectives to all of our jobs directly and indirectly. Ed, is a valuable asset to the Six Sigma program!!
Mr. Wright's practical approach to the material and the real life examples given during the presentation. I appreciated Ed explaining the theory in One Note before presenting the slides. A huge benefit to the coarse is the hands on experience with Mini-Tab. The project templates are helpful as well
