I really enjoyed the instructor's knowledge and presentation skills. Peter made the learning experience enjoyable without sacrificing teaching. I truly enjoyed my two week experience and would recommend to coworkers. Thanks for a great learning experience!!!

Pace, interaction and exercises

Instructor was very knowledgable and assisted the class when needed. He was always willing to answer any questions.

Rich was our instructor. I would have to say I really liked his humor and dorkiness all at the same time.

Rich was an excellent instructor, loved his style! Very knowledgeable about the course content and provided some great and humurous examples. Loved how the course materials were broken out and presented. Made a lot of sense and concepts flowed nicely from one topic to another. The in-class and group exercises were really nice and was a great way to test how well we understood the concepts and can apply them. It was also a great way to bond with our classmates too.

I enjoyed the small group setting which allowed for full class participation. I also believe that our instructor was one of the best I have had regarding knowledge and involvement. Mr. Lynch kept the class involved and related concepts to each or our diverse corporate backgrounds.

Jaclyn was very open to help and guide us through our project. She would also answer all our questions eventhough it meant repeating what she has just explained.

Real-World examples / practice with concepts to reinforce. Rich also did a great job trying to incorporate as many non-manufacturing examples as possible for those of us that come from non-manufacturing functions.

I really liked how the material was presented in a logical order. It is laid out like a step by step process that I can now follow at work. I also really liked the practice that we did with the helicopters and minitab. The practical tests helped me make sense of the material.

Pace was good, even though I was hanging on a bit toward the end with all of the statistical jargon. It was easy to see how following this methodology could lead to tangible, data-driven results.
