I enjoyed the small class size and the very easy to follow training material.

The instructor. The material is tough, at least for me, to comprehend. Statistics has never been a strong suite for me. Richard Lynch made the material understandable, interesting, and to my surprise, fun to learn. His obvious expertise in the subject matter made the course beneficial.

Rich's examples were very useful in my ability to relate to the material that was presented.
