I liked the practice on minitab and getting to use more of the functions.

The hands on activities and working with Mini Tab. The organization I work for will never allow me to use this software because they feel it will not be a value to the organization. Thanks to the class this will be help me move from this organization into another company where I know this will be helpful in achieving my goal.

I like the flow of working through the process from step 1. I like the examples of practical applications that could easily be related to every day activities.

Great examples, Instrutor was great

Rich was clear and concise in his instruction, while still adding the appropriate amount of levity to keep the students attentive. The use of interactive data analysis to emphasize the points included in the instruction were well done. I feel like I was given enough time during the exercises to engage with the material while still able to explore alternate options in Minitab when I grok'ed the skill.

Actual Six Sigma project examples

I really liked how easy the material was to follow. The best part of the course was the instructors knowledge and experience with Six Sigma and being able to explain it so well. I was unsure I would have a clear understanding of the methodology and tools, but Rich's real world stories helped me to relate the material to my work processes.
